The utility takes advantage of the Windows XP Service Pack 2 ability to toggle write protection
on/off USB devices.
The write protection applies to ALL
USB devices attached to the system. It is not possible with this application to
select a single USB device.

TIP #1
When you execute the M2CFG WriteBlock Utility, DO NOT
have the USB device that you want to protect connected to any USB port. The device will not be
protected if it is connected when the program is started.
TIP #2
When you close the
application, the last state of protection will be applied until you run the program again. For
example, if you choose to activate USB write protection and then close the program. USB
devices will remain protected until you run the program again and turn write protection
off.
TIP #3
Test and validate the application. Don't rely on anybodies word, test
the program yourself so YOU know that it works properly.
